Two Ways to Run the Panel

Same posted message, two different paths through the panelists before the synthesizer answers.

USER MESSAGE posted to the room vs SEQUENTIAL (DEFAULT) for (const bot of panelists) await runPanelistTurn(...) Panelist 1 sees: the original history reply appended → becomes next seat's context Panelist 2 sees: original + Panelist 1's reply reply appended → becomes next seat's context Panelist 3 sees: original + Panelist 1 + Panelist 2 bubbles post one at a time, in order, as each finishes PARALLEL Promise.allSettled(panelists.map(...)) ― no seat sees another's reply Panelist A sees: original history only Panelist B sees: original history only Panelist C sees: original history only [PANELIST RESPONSES] synthesize these perspectives HEAD / SYNTHESIZER reviews room history + panelist replies, writes the final answer
